As an IT Support Engineer, Steffen ensures that systems run smoothly and problems are resolved quickly. With a wealth of practical knowledge, he supports in setting up and maintaining networks, analyzes malfunctions, and finds efficient solutions.
Since 1998, Marco has been immersed in everything IT. It started with the good old C64, then progressed through DOS to Windows 11 and modern cloud solutions. Today, he brings his experience and passion to guide companies safely and smartly into the digital future.
As an IT Engineer at EasyHood, Nicolas ensures that IT infrastructures run reliably and securely. His focus is on the installation and administration of servers, setting up networks, and implementing modern security solutions.
Marc is our point of contact in support and ensures that IT problems are resolved quickly and reliably. He takes care of system administration, setting up workstations, and managing the IT infrastructure.
Julien Gross is completing his training as an IT specialist for system integration, gaining practical experience in network and system support on a daily basis. Additionally, he is building practical automations with n8n.
Martin is part of our IT team and takes care of the administration and support of our systems. His focus is on setting up workstations, maintaining the IT infrastructure, and quickly solving technical issues.
Gina supports the team in the back office and ensures smooth operations. She takes care of offers, orders, and office organization – always with the aim of making processes efficient and reliable.
